Introduction
The aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge and skills necessary for the primary examination and treatment of patients at risk of vital function failure.
What should the student learn
Initially, the student will learn basic skills such as venous cannulation and airway management. These skills will then be developed into more complex applications necessary for the primary treatment of patients at risk of vital function failure. During the course, the student will also practice teamwork and acquire key non-technical skills, such as team leadership, mutual cooperation, and the ability to ask for advice. All necessary procedures will be practiced on a simulator, allowing for repetition in a safe environment without the risk of harming the patient or failure.
